What we do

We're the national charity dedicated to supporting individuals with the much misunderstood and devastating condition of bipolar, their families and carers. We provide a range of services to enable people affected by bipolar and associated illnesses to take control of their lives. Our services include:

One to one telephone and email support
Support for Carers

Support Groups which meet monthly in person are in:
Abergele (1st Thursday monthly)
Cardiff (1st Tuesday monthly)
Pontypridd (4th Tuesday monthly)
Swansea (1st Monday and 3rd Monday monthly)

Support Groups that meet online (Zoom) are in:
Brecon (1st Thursday monthly)
Bridgend (1st Thursday monthly)
Chepstow (3rd Friday monthly)
Cwmbran (1st Thursday monthly)
