Have choice and take control
The DPJ Foundation operates a confidential 24/7 telephone line staffed by understanding, non-judgmental people who understand farming and agricultural life who will listen and can help. We also offer fully funded counselling with qualified counsellors. Our counsellors are either registered with the BACP or the UKCP. The counselling can take place in a variety of settings, from face to face outreach on farm to online or by telephone. Your counsellor will not give you advice, but will listen very carefully to what you say and will help you to explore and clarify your thoughts and feelings to find your own way forward.
We work with farmers and those within the agricultural community within Wales. We generally work with over 16s, but can offer services to young people in exceptional circumstances.
