What we do

RNID provide a person centred JobSense employability programme for eligible and suitable participants – see for eligibility details. Participants enrolled in our free ESF funded programme will receive: dedicated one to one support from their allocated employment advisor, communication and information in their first language and a co-produced individual action plan to outline steps that will help them achieve their agreed outcomes.
Our JobSense delivery team members are experienced in working with deaf and hard of hearing people and all have been trained to deliver high quality employment support.
We are able to support participants in their own communities and we will support participants to achieve one or more of the following outcomes: work relevant training, qualifications, work experience, work placements, job trials, paid employment, volunteering opportunities, career preparation, soft support to help participants with travel, finances and lifestyle.
