What we do

We believe that everyone benefits from pausing for a moment but, if you are feeling stressed, stretched, anxious, isolated or unhappy, then this is perfect for you.

Or it may be that you already know the benefit of taking time for yourself - having an oasis of calm in a busy day.

Either way, these 30 minute virtual drop-in sessions will provide you with a safe space to destress and breathe again. A trained Fresh Air Fridays Facilitator will lead the small group in real time.

You will experience time and tools to allow you to pause and refocus. You will leave feeling more resourceful, relaxed and ready for whatever else you need to do in your life. What you learn here you will be able to use elsewhere in your life.
