What we do

We know life can feel rubbish!
If you are feeling overwhelmed or stressed, guilty about taking time for you, frustrated or exhausted it can feel like the joy is being sucked out of your life and there’s no way to change it.

We know that it doesn’t have to be this way. There is a choice. It is possible to feel happy. It is possible to feel calm. It is possible to experience joy on a regular basis.

At Fresh Air Fridays we are experts in wellbeing and happiness. We have had our fair share of struggle in our lives, but that is now in our past. The tools and practices we share on our programmes have transformed not only our own lives, but the lives of the hundreds of people we have worked with.

All our programmes encourage you to be in nature - changing your physical space helps to change your head space - #naturewellbeing is proven to support your mental health and build resilience.
