What we do

Busy? Anxious? Stressed? Running on empty? Stuck and not sure what’s next for you? Feeling a bit low and unsure why? Want to improve your wellbeing? Perhaps you’re feeling brilliant and want to ensure this continues?

If you said ‘YES’ to any of these, then you’re in the right place.

We provide you with a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore what is most important to you and your life. Wellbeing for Everyone are community sessions, open to anyone 18+ who is keen to maintain or improve their wellbeing. Together in a small group we practise skills to develop our mental and emotional wellbeing and improve resilience.

All these sessions take place outside. Being out in #naturewellbeing helps us become more relaxed and more resourceful. The motion of walking enables us to access both sides of our brain making us more creative and better able to problem-solve. On our sessions we explore a series of themes - designed to empower you to really start living the life you want.
