Everyone is welcome to join our friendly kettlebell class which can be easily adapted to suit all ages and abilities. Our 30 minute express class aims to appeal to a variety of people. The class uses manageable weights which are provided, and a selection of combat moves and shadowboxing to make each class fun!The classes help both physical and mental wellbeing and is a great opportunity to make new friends whilst getting fit. Kettlebells are a great form of exercise, we like to promote having a chat after class to help build friendships and give people the chance to be social. Kettlebells can help build your fitness and confidence and make you look and feel great in both body and mind.Places will also need to be booked in advance due to covid 19 regulations.
Everyone 16+ is welcome to join our fun and active kettlebell class, all ages and abilities are welcome and moves can be adapted.
