What we do

Ceredigion Parenting and Family Support Team offer a fun and interactive young parents (25 years and under) group session that helps you get the best out of family life. We also work with a variety of Services across Ceredigion to provide a range of Parenting programmes to suit individual needs of parents whether one to one or in Groups.

The Young Parents Group usually meet on a weekly basis. We offer a fun and interactive group where you can meet other young parents, have a chat and access parenting advice and support. We also offer arts and crafts activity ideas and explore any other interesting topics within the group.
It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet other young parents and for your child to play, explore and make new friends.

Who do we support

The group will meet between 11.00am- 12.00pm every Thursday (term time only) at Yr Eos Integrated Children's Centre, Penparcau.
