What we do

At Family Pathway we work with young people who have struggled with learning, and have poor resilience and self-esteem.

Individuals experience barriers for many reason during their school experience. For example, due to trauma, invisible disabilities like dyslexia, ADHD, bullying, mental health difficulties, bereavement, living through a pandemic and many more. This does impact on the development of key skills needed to access learning and then work, to function successfully in our day to day lives.

We support individuals to enrich and develop key skills in deficit building confidence, resilience, motivation, productivity, independence and make happy life choices. This not only enhances personal learning but also provides individuals with a strong foundation for adulthood.

Young People may be disengaged, detached, struggling to achieve desired results. Family Pathway works closely with the individual, creating a bespoke plan of meaningful support.
