Who do we support
We provide fitness classes for all ages and levels of ability. All you need is enthusiasm and the desire to meet new people and have a lot of fun.
We have classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings for Senior citizens althougn they are suitable for everyone. After classes we enjoy a cup of tea or coffee together as a group and on Fridays we regularly visit a local cafe for breakfast.
On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays we have classes in the evening that are suitable for everyone including beginners.
If running is your preferred activity then we have a running club on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and again on Sunday mornings. If you're just getting started we have regular Couch to 5k courses.
