The Incredible Years Baby Programme is an 8-week programme of 2 hours per week, where two trained Incredible Years facilitators use video clips of real-life situations, to support the training and stimulate group discussions. Parents practice skills with their babies in the group. This encourages parents to understand how to help their babies feel loved, safe, and secure; topics covered are brain development, healthy attachment, physical, emotional, and language development.
