What we do

I am an approved micro care provider and have met the quality standards set out in Monmouthshire’s Micro Care Code of Practice.

As a self-employed carer/personal assistant, I will provide you with personalised care and support that will help you to live a full and independent life.
The service I provide will be centred around your needs and interests, whether that be helping in your own home or support accessing activities in the community.
The type of support I can provide:
• Personal care- (not toileting)
• Medication assistance
• Domestic duties- cleaning, meal preparation and cooking
• Shopping and access to the community, going for walks etc.
• Help you to live independently- paying bills, dressing, washing, going to appointments
• Respite
• Companionship
• Light gardening

Who do we support

I have experience working with people with Dementia, learning disabilities and ASD. I have a qualification that allows me to train people with disabilities back into sport. I can also provide support with digital literacy, and can help you to use I-pads, tablets, computers, mobile phones etc.
I have an enhanced DBS that enables me to work with adults and have completed the following training:
• Manual Handling
• Care of Medication
• Emergency First Aid
• Safeguarding Awareness
• GDPR and Data Protection
I am happy to complete further training should your support needs require this.

Is there a charge to use this service?

Yes - My hourly rate ranges from £15-18 an hour and will depend on the services you require.
I will travel up to 10 miles from Caldicot but will travel further depending on the situation
