What we do

The Teulu Service consists of 5 temporary RSL properties, floating support and drop-in services.
Temporary accommodation:
5 units are dedicated to vulnerable families living in designated RSL properties. Support workers will provide a flexible model of support which is tailored to meet individual needs for up to 2 years. This involves a support plan in order that each person has the best opportunity of living independently. Teulu will work with the contract holder to develop their capacity to live independently in the accommodation or sustain his/her ability to do so.
Both provide:
• Housing related support with a dedicated support worker
• Personalised support plan for each tenant
We provide support with:
Homelessness and tenancy issues
Budgeting, debts & benefits
Dealing with correspondence and paperwork
Accessing services in the community
Health & wellbeing
Training & employment
Drop in services
These are held over the phone and in person for advice & guidance.
