What we do

Eating a healthy, balanced diet plays a key role in keeping the body strong. Poor nutrition can lead to delirium, frailty, and increase the risk of developing a number of age-related diseases including disorders of impaired cognitive function.

This is why the Rainbow Centre delivers meals across the community 3 days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

The menu as seen on the website link is a sample menu as this is changed on a monthly basis

Rainbow Meals are not only delicious, but they are also nutritious. Providing a healthy balance of protein, carbohydrates and at least two vegetables each day, they are an important tool in maintaining good nutrition.
Regular healthy meals help keep the body strong, reduces the risk of diseases, increases cognitive function

Please order at least 24-hours in advance.

Please inform us of any dietary requirements.
