Who do we support
These classes are for everyone so come and join us for a session of low to medium intensity exercise
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN DRINK TO CLASSES and a mat if required/preferred
New attendees must arrive 5-10 minutes early so the instructor can explain how the class will be structured and consult with you about any possible restrictions
PLEASE NOTE - class participants MUST be 16+
BOOKING IS ADVISED FOR ALL CLASSES, this can be done via our FitSense App
