What we do

As part of our Parent Support Group, we hold monthly Outreach Outdoors Wellbeing Walks at Alyn Waters Country Park.

Who do we support

For our Parent Support Group to feel the physical and mental health benefits of group walking. We support parents of children with autism and related conditions.

 Opening times

Wellbeing Walks are the last Monday of the month, 10am to 12pm at Alyn Waters.
Office opening hours Monday-Friday 9-4:30
