What we do

I am an approved Micro Care provider and have met the quality standards set out in Monmouthshire’s Micro Care Code of Practice.
As a self-employed care professional, I aim to provide a high quality, person-centred service supporting older adults to live independently or supporting family with the care of their relative(s).
I have a professional background in mental health (ex-Social Worker) and have previously worked with people of all ages with a range of cognitive, mental and physical health needs, most recently in the domiciliary care sector with older adults with a range of needs including dementia, Parkinsonism, stroke, post-surgery/fracture support.
I can help with:
• Companionship
• Hobbies, leisure, and community activities
• Personal care
• Shopping
• Meal preparation and help at meal times
• Light domestic /gardening tasks
• Attending appointments
• Medication assistance
• Occasional overnight cover
