Have choice and take control
Laura is a vinyasa yoga teacher based in the Vale of Glamorgan. You can read more about her at https://laura-bradshaw-yoga.mailerpage.io/aboutLaura brings a balance of ‘real talk’ and lightness to her teaching. Reminding you there is more to yoga than your physical body. Encouraging you to pause, notice and decide with greater intention. No matter how lost we can feel we are, there is always more than one path. We can smile and breathe through the most challenging times on and off the mat. Her classes are rooted in her passion for the science of the mind and body; the ‘why’ behind a pose, breathing exercise or philosophical concept. She blends modern day neuroscience and physiology with the wisdom of ancient yogic traditions. For example, the power of pausing on the nervous system and the mind-body-breath connection.
Anyone over the age of 18 can come to my classes. Depending on your experience with yoga, I offer different classes from beginners to intermediate. See more details at https://laura-bradshaw-yoga.mailerpage.io/classes-and-workshops
