We offer support, services and advice to Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people throughout Wales who are affected by mental ill health.We take a holistic approach, using solution focused methods that promote recovery, empowerment and independent living in the community.Our project also works to raise awareness of issues surrounding Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic mental health and to help reduce discrimination and inequality. We can offer understanding and non-judgmental support in areas such as:Individual support, advocacy and counsellingCommunity supportInformation and adviceBefriending and volunteering opportunitiesSignposting for individuals, family members and carersHospital visits for in-patients#MentalHealth
