What we do

Mental health problems can affect anyone at any time. Our community mental health teams offer support and services to support people with mental health problems and their carers.

The purpose of the Department of Adults, Health and Wellbeing, where the mental health service sits, is to enable Adults Gwynedd to 'live my life the way I want to live it'

What are the services we have?

The service includes social workers, nurses, occupational therapists and psychologists.

We:

- provide treatment and care to people with short-term or more complex long-term mental health needs to help you get long-term personal support to help you live as independently as possible.
- offer advice and share contact details of useful organisations.
- Support carers.
