What we do

We are Digital Support Services for Cardiff Council.
Our objective is to increase digital skills and accessibility for residents of Cardiff.

Getting online can seem scary. There is a whole world of things to learn and we are here to help!

Drop-in Sessions:
Drop into a digital drop-in session where we can help you to set up devices and resolve common issues such as storage, online safety and much more
Workshops:
Book onto a workshop to gain the skills you need to stay safe online, increase your employability skills or improve your wellbeing.
Device gifting and loaning:
Ask us about out access schemes. We can support you to access the equipment you need to get online.
