Have choice and take control
If you are feeling lonely or isolated then the MHA Communities Penarth Lunch Club (lunch starts at 12.30) is a good place to meet new people and make friends. This friendly lunch club meet on a Wednesday, we are called ‘Out and About’ and this involves us transporting members on a mini bus to a local lunch venue supported by staff and volunteers, returning home on the mini bus. Prices change for meals and transport. Also Friday is again if required transport to Trinity Church for coffee, Lunch, armchair Yoga and an afternoon club with members socialising having tea and cake and a bit of entertainment. Costs incurred for lunch and activities.Both days transport would start at 10.30am, the mini bus can take around 45 minutes to pick all members up from their homes.For further information and to book your place in advance, please contact Linda Brownhill on 02920 712516.
