What we do

Whether you are an avid reader, enjoy films, love music, or just want to keep up to date with local and world news, our libraries can fill your needs with its’ extensive choice of books, DVDs, CDs, online services, newspapers and magazines, there is something for everyone! With over half a million books on offer between 3 regional, 13 branch and mobile libraries you’re never too far away from a centre of knowledge.

Stordy Creadigol, located at Ammanford, Carmarthen and Llanelli library, offers an accessible space to invent and create a comprehensive array of products. From printing to scanning 3D objects, recording your own music and producing a video, or coding your own software. We have the latest tools available to produce your concept into a functioning prototype.

Public access computers and Wi-Fi are available at all libraries.
