What we do

The J.E. O'Toole Centre offers a free & confidential advice on benefits and tax credits, help with filling in benefit claim forms, assistance and representation with benefit appeals and employment law problems including tribunal preparation and representation. Venue for many outreach services including Shelter Cymru, Time to Talk, and Cruse Bereavement .

Anyone can use our services, but we also accept referrals from internal and external agencies

Welfare Rights Advice is available by appointment at the O’Toole Centre Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We also hold weekly advice outreach surgeries by appointment only.
