What we do

Pembroke Leisure Centre has a variety of facilities to help you get fit, loose weight and improve health and well being within a friendly environment where you can meet new people.
These facilities include a 25m swimming pool, a learner/toddler pool, modern fitness suite, sport hall, squash courts, exercise studio, indoor cycling & all weather pitch.
We offer the following services: Swimming lessons for all ages, group exercise classes, 1-1 personal training, junior activities, Nation Exercise Referral Scheme (GP referral), school holiday activities and racquet sports.
Our fitness suite is equipped with state of the are Life Fitness equipment, were you can have inductions, health checks and fitness programmes tailored to individual needs.
We host to many local clubs including disability groups and performance sports.

Who do we support

Our facilities and services are available for all ages and abilities, and as a hub of the local community we are a great social meeting place.
We offer activities for infants (0-3yrs), juniors, teenagers, students, adults and over 60's. We are an inclusive service.
