PSALT is a Primary Care led organisation that provides substitute prescribing and support to people who are dependant on opiates such as heroin. We provide medication (such as methadone or buprenorphine) to help people manage their dependence and support in order to allow people to regain control of their lives - this includes getting stable housing, returning to work and rebuilding relationships.
People can access our service if they live in Swansea or Neath and are dependant on opiates.
Referrals are accepted via AMBU Alcohol and Drug Assessment Service (AADAS)
