Penarth Leisure Centre has a 25 metre pool with a free-form, beach area and small pool attached with a flume. The six-court main hall can be used for badminton, 5-a-side football, basketball, volleyball, netball and much much more. The 100 station gym has a range of CV equipment, weights machines, free weights and a functional area. There is a large group fitness timetable with over 45 classes a week catering for all ages and abilities, Les Mills virtual classes and there is a health suite with spa, sauna and steam rooms. In addition there are two squash courts, a meeting room, two dance studios and a small cafe providing hot and cold drinks. We also cater for children's parties, both soft play and pool parties.
