The Stroke Association provides support for stroke survivors and their families as well as funding vital research projects as we work towards a world free of stroke. We run stroke support groups and activities all across Wales as well as running our own fundraising events which includes our 5k Cardiff Resolution Run which takes place at Bute Park in Cardiff on Sunday 10th March. You will receive a fundraising pack which is jam packed with a step by step daily training guide to help you get from your pj's to the park. You will also receive a free running top and commemorative medal, so get your family, friends and colleagues involved and sign up today.
Resolution Run is perfect for those who are completely new to running as well as those looking to beat their personal best time.
