What we do

Community Health Champions provide awareness raising and educational information sessions ; our service provides information around a number of key well-being issues.
This session on 5th March 2019 will be based onBereavement Awareness and advanced care planning.
Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give. Learn more about health issues and local support services, meet new people in your community and have the right information to help you and others to lead a more healthier lifestyle. e.g. Mental Health, Long Term Health Conditions, Healthy Living Losing Weight, Substance Misuse, Cancer and other NHS Screening.

Who do we support

Members of the community, anyone over the age of 16 years old. Who has undertaken CHC Core training.
