What we do

iRest is a type of yoga therapy practice. It's normally practiced lying down but it can be practiced sitting also.

When practiced regularly - a little and often - iRest enables you to meet each moment of your life with unshakable peace and wellbeing, no matter how challenging or difficult your situation.

The research carried out on iRest has shown it has helped people to:
- reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety and insomnia;
- deal with daily stresses;
- reduce tendency for relapse in people with chemical dependency;
- manage chronic pain;
- overcome symptoms of trauma;
- and generally increase perceptions of quality of life.

It is a 10 stage protocol . This course will take you through the 10 stages step by step.

The U.S. Army Surgeon General has has listed Yoga Nidra (based on research with iRest) as a Tier 1 approach for addressing Pain Management in Military Care.
