CAIS Drug and Alcohol Counselling is for people who are concerned about their own drinking or drug taking, or about the drinking or drug taking of a partner, relative, or close friend. The aim of CAIS Counselling is that together with your Counsellor, you explore your problems in order to gain greater understanding of these problems and of yourself. You will then look at what you want to change and at what you need to do to make that change happen.
Eligibility for CAIS Counselling is based on an assessment of the individual and their readiness for counselling.CAIS offers drug and alcohol counselling and is not able to offer long term counselling on other issues.
