What we do

iRest Yoga Nidra is a type of yoga therapy practice.

iRest was developed over 30 years by Dr Richard Miller who is both a clinical psychologist and a yoga practitioner and scholar. iRest has taken the ancient teachings of the Yoga tradition and related traditions and made them very accessible and secular but the practice has lost none of the depth of the original teachings. When practiced regularly - a little and often - iRest enables you to meet each moment of your life with unshakable peace and wellbeing, no matter how challenging or difficult your situation.

iRest is a structured (though adaptable) 10-stage protocol. The course will take you through the whole protocol step by step, building week on week. There will be a workbook and also audio recordings provided, to work with between classes and following the course.
