What we do

The movements open the internal pathways of the body gently and with compassion. During this one day exploration you will explore your body senses and the invitation will be to ‘slow it right down’ and step out of the frenetic world into the earth of your body.

The idea is to move from the mind into the body and we do this by simply dropping down and becoming present to our bodies from a gentle heart centred attention that allows us to be more honestly ourselves in relationship to everything around us.
You will leave the workshop with a deeper and softer awareness and connection with yourself which in turn means a deeper and more loving awareness and connection with others and the life around us.
