Active Families sessions provide information and support to families you want to improve their health and well-being. They are family led which means that those attending have a say in how the sessions are run. The idea is that there is some family time as well as some time for parents to work on their own health and well-being while their children are involved in active play. The sessions are run at Blaenavon Active Living Centre, Thursday evenings 6-8pm from 16 January to end March 2020.
Any families living in Blaenavon looking to improve their health and well-being.
