Conwy Mind is a charitable organisation affiliated to National Mind, the leading mental health charity in both Wales and England. We provide guidance, help and support to residents of Conwy County who are coping with mental health issues. We offer a variety of programmes including counselling, CCBT, groups such as Mums Matter, Mental Health Awareness and My Generation, along with support calls. If we do not run a suitable course perhaps we can signpost you to another organisation that does. We will do everything we can to help. Due to the ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic we are not able to meet people in person currently, but we can offer support via telephone or the internet.
