Are you interested in doing something for you, meeting new people, getting out of the house and being more active?The Valleys Regional Park Guardians are running a well-being walking group on Tuesdays at 10.30-12.00pm from Dare Valley Country Park (Aberdare) for 6 weeks from 20th October to 24th November 2020.Walking is a fun way of getting your recommended daily exercise and also has great mental and physical benefits.Social distancing and COVID safety measures will be in place.
