What we do

Classes are for people aged 50+ and focus on a range of exercises designed to improve strength & balance and therefore contribute to falls prevention. The programme involving a warm up, strength and balance exercises and a cool down. It lasts for a full hour and involves seated and standing exercises for joint mobility and lower limb strength, to improve overall balance and walking ability. Come along to the Whitchurch Strength and Balance (Otago) class at the Whitchurch Methodist Church, Penlline Road, Whitchurch, Cardiff, CF14 2AA on Thursdays, 10:00-10:45 (Advanced), 10:45-11:30 (Beginners), 11:30-12:15 (Advanced) and to meet like minded people and make new friends at these sociable classes.
