What we do

We work with people who have ideas to support older people and disabled people in the community and help turn these ideas into community enterprises. We currently work in Wrexham, Cardiff, and Rhondda Cynon Taff and can help people to develop their business ideas in the following ways:

Support in marketing and promoting their offer
Access to training
Become part of a local peer network to share ideas
Support finding policies and procedures
Quality assurance
Support promoting / raise awareness with local organisations (social services, community agents)

Who do we support

We work with a wide range of people who wish to provide support to older and disabled people in the community. Some examples of the ideas we have supported are:

People providing personal care
Shopping and befriending
Gardening
Cleaning
Crafts and activities
Support with Pets

The ideas are very varied and offer older people choice in the community.
