What we do

Starting from May 10th 2021

You will spend 40 minutes practicing calming breathing techniques and grounding mindful meditation body scan skills, all of which can be used, anytime anyplace anywhere.

As we practice together over the weeks, we will grow lasting skills and make lasting connections, give it a go, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
