What we do

Our professional and affordable Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) service is available to adults in Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot, and Bridgend, helping you appoint trusted individuals to make decisions on your behalf if needed.

There are two types of LPA:

Health and Welfare – Covers decisions about medical care, moving into a care home, and life-sustaining treatment.

Property and Financial Affairs – Managing accounts, paying bills, collecting benefits, or selling your home.

Our dedicated LPA Advisor will:
✔ Explain the process and help you understand your options.
✔ Support you in choosing attorneys who will act in your best interests.
✔ Ensure everything is completed correctly before registration.

With expert guidance, you can plan ahead with confidence and peace of mind.

Who do we support

Older people and their carers

Is there a charge to use this service?

Yes - Our fees:
- Help to draw up one Lasting Power of Attorney – £210 (Inc.VAT)
- Help to draw up both Lasting Power of Attorneys – £285 (Inc.VAT)

In addition to LPA Service fees, you will have to pay additional Court fees to the Office of the Public Guardian.
If you are on a means tested benefit they may be fees exempt and not have to pay Court fee.
The fees for our service do not include the cost of registering the document.
