What we do

Our LPA service is available to adults living in the Western Bay Region. We offer a professional and affordable service, which allows people to safeguard their future, by appointing people they trust to help make decisions, or to make decisions on their behalf. Our dedicated advisor will help with understanding the process, choosing attorneys, and ensuring everything is in place before documents are registered.

Is there a charge to use this service?

Yes - Our fees:
- Help to draw up one Lasting Power of Attorney – £175 (Inc.VAT)
- Help to draw up both Lasting Power of Attorneys – £235 (Inc.VAT)

In addition to LPA Service fees, you will have to pay additional Court fees to the Office of the Public Guardian.
If you are on a means tested benefit they may be fees exempt and not have to pay Court fee.
The fees for our service do not include the cost of registering the document.
