Our wellbeing hub is here to support you with your health and wellbeing. We provide a range of services covering mental and physical health as well as socialising and community engagement.The following services are free and available to anyone living with MS and their families in Wales. One to one Counselling Service, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and one to one Physiotherapy sessions.We also provide and coordinate and variety of physical exercise activities such as Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Boxercise, Strength and Stretch and Laughter therapy.Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been living with MS for some time we are here for you..
