What we do

This course will focus upon what resilience is, why resilience is important to your health and well-being, and it will offer hints and tips to improve and develop your personal resilience.

Resilience is often classified as the rubber ball theory, and in essence, this is exactly what resilience is. Resilience is about how quickly you bounce back from the difficult situations you encounter throughout your life, and how you cope and move forwards with these situations.
