For example:- Disputes between family members- Disputes between landlords and tenants- Neighbourhood disputes- Family breakdown We use mediation to enable people to talk effectively about issues and enable them to reach an agreement that suits both sides.
- Aged 16+ (no upper age limit)- Lives in North East Wales: Wrexham, Flintshire, Conwy or Denbighshire- Homeless or at risk of homelessness- Self-referrals accepted
Yes - Our conflict resolution and mediation service is free of charge and available to anyone within the four counties who is experiencing a dispute that that could affect their housing situation.
