What we do

If you have a preschool child with additional needs and find mainstream toddler groups too busy and overwhelming, then why not come along to KidStop?

Our aim is to create a safe, relaxing, and appropriately stimulating environment that allows you to relax and enjoy a hot drink and company, whilst your child explores, plays, and develops friendships.

What can you expect?
- a safe, appropriately stimulating environment;
- a range of developmentally appropriate toys for your children;
- sensory play;
- tea, coffee, cold drinks and snacks;
- a large space for your child to play and explore;
- sing and sign along with Mr Tumble;
- quiet space if needed;
- special events on a termly basis;
- free (on-street) parking - move the cones - they have been put there for you;
- understanding and support as your child transitions to school.

So come along, build your support network, make friends and invest in some self-care! You and your little one will be very welcome!

Who do we support

KidStop is a Swansea based toddler group, run especially for parents/carers and their preschool children (from birth to 5 years old) with a confirmed or emerging diagnosis of additional needs or disability.

We cater to all additional needs and have welcomed children with Down Syndrome, Autism/ASD/ASC, Global Developmental Delay, SWAN (Syndromes Without A Name), Cerebral Palsy, and those with emerging diagnoses or who are on a pathway or waiting list for diagnosis, to name a few.
