Come along and join us for our 8 session Yoga and mindfulness therapy course in Fleur de lis Community Centre. The sessions will be twice weekly, one face to face and one zoom session.Each session includes breathing exercises, gentle yoga/laughter yoga, meditation plus useful tips to experience improved mental and physical wellbeing.Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to promote physical and mental wellbeing.The main component of yoga is postures ( a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.
This class is suitable for everyone including beginners. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a drink, blanket, cushion and a yoga mat if you have one.
