Come and join this fun and energetic dance fit class designed especially for women over 50. You'll have fun, learn new dance skills and get fit whilst listening to your favourite music. This is a full body workout with toning through the use of resistance bands. This class is great for body and mind and engages both physical and mental aspects to work your body and motor skills. As a trainer I let you make the playlists to ensure you put your heart and soul into your workout routines. This is a great class to meet new people and make new friends as we are really friendly and sociable and believe that exercise should be fun! You'll love the feeling of getting fitter each week and may lose pounds or inches whilst dancing the morning away to your favourite hits, including Motown, Disco and 70's & 80's fun and lively tunes.
