What we do

Voices for Peace - an unforgettable evening of musical enchantment at St Giles, Wrexham for World Peace Day (23rd September) featuring the incredible “Guitar” George Borowski, the mesmerising Igloo Hearts and Wrexham Community Choir.

This magical evening, to be held in St Giles will feature an exquisite selection of musical pieces, carefully curated from the soaring acapella harmony singing of Wrexham Community Choir to heart-warming performances from the legend that is George BorowskI and the haunting music of Igloo Hearts.

With visuals projected on a big screen, music from the choir, Igloo Hearts and George, and some collaborative songs which will be an incredible celebration of peace through music

Wrexham Community Choir will also unveil a brand-new Peace song, involving collaborative efforts from the choir members, with awe-inspiring music composed by the talented Igloo Hearts and a brilliant arrangement by the Choir Director and Composer, Carol Donaldson.

Who do we support

It will be a one off, incredible special evening that everyone is welcome to be part of!.

You can take part! If anyone wants to get involved they can come along to the first rehearsal and join the choir at Tŷ Pawb on Tuesday 5th September 7.30pm.

Is there a charge to use this service?

Yes - Tickets:
Tickets for the concert are £15 but we have a ‘pay what you want’ scheme.
