It is used to reduce risks within your home and to enable individuals to live as independently as possible.
Any Gwynedd resident can register themselves for telecare services. You can register for a pack by phoning the team on 01286 679059, or by emailing eiddo@gwynedd.llyw.cymru.

Anyone in Gwynedd can refer themselves for a basic Telecare package. There is no specific criteria. It is possible that a telecare package will not meet everyones needs. As a result, the service also offers more specialized equipment in some circumstances e.g. epilepsy sensors and falls detectors. To discuss this you will have to contact your social worker, if you are not open to a social worker, contact Galw Gwynedd on 01766 771000 and ask to speak with the social care team.
