What we do

Tranquility Training will be delivered by Lorraine, a long time practitioner of meditation and mindfulness.

We are living in stressful times, personally, at work and globally. Stressful situations will always come up. By training in tranquility you will learn how to be with stressful situations by developing a calm mind.
We will start the morning with brief introduction, some mindful movement and some practise.

No meditation experience is necessary. Start where you are.
