Join the Community Rangers and CVST for a fun-filled day at Hendre Lake! This free event offers a fantastic opportunity to explore the beauty of the lake, learn about local wildlife and connect with your community.Get creative with nature crafts, go on a mini-beast hunt, and learn about the fascinating creatures that live in and around the lake. Discover the work of the Conservation Volunteers of St Mellons and Trowbridge (CVST), learning about what they do to protect and enhance the variety of habitats at Hendre Lake. Guided walks and talks will be taking place throughout the day, with a chance to expand your knowledge about pollinators and birds.The event will take place on the meadow North of the lake, close to the War Memorial. A short walk from the car park and Willowbrook Drive entrance to Hendre Lake.
